Job Summary
Manager, Agile Delivery leading Scrum Masters and delivery pods to enable meaningful member/business outcomes; responsible for agile delivery practices, governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating across product, technology, and business leaders. Role requires building and developing teams, coaching ceremonies, measuring delivery health and time-to-market, and ensuring alignment with governance. On-site expectation for events with a remote/hybrid working arrangement; head office in Vancouver with openness to candidates in BC and Ontario. Requires 7+ years in agile delivery and 3+ years of people leadership, plus relevant CSP/SAFe/ICAgile certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in agile delivery with progressive leadership responsibility
- 3+ years of people leadership experience coaching Scrum Masters or agile practitioners
- Strong experience leading cross-functional agile teams within complex, regulated environments
- Demonstrated expertise in agile delivery frameworks, coaching practices, and delivery governance
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across portfolios
- Agile-related certifications such as CSP, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile, or similar
