Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters to drive agile transformation and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Plan resources for agile teams, conduct post-implementation reviews, and oversee performance assessments. Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development; facilitate agile skill development; manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder engagement; drive adoption of agile practices, metrics, and KPIs; align teams with product owners to consistently meet sprint goals and deliver value; promote continuous improvement and risk management across the agile landscape.
Required Qualifications
- First degree in Science, Engineering or Art & Business-related degrees
- Certifications in CSM, Agile Coach, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner will be an added advantage
- 6+ years experience in project management with at least 4 years in an agile role
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Proven track record in leading agile transformation initiatives
- Experience in leading and delivering multiple high-impact agile projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience working in medium to large organizations
- Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to use agile metrics
- Familiarity with Waterfall and SDLC
Desired Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Agile Coach
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Scrum Practitioner
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- Fluent in English
