Job Summary
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans aligned with regional business priorities to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and leadership capabilities for AIA agents and partners. Lead delivery of core programs for new agents, agency leaders, and executives while coaching the regional team of trainers on performance objectives and succession planning. Partner with business heads to assess capability gaps, measure training effectiveness using KPIs, and recommend targeted interventions to drive agency productivity. Conduct field observations for new agent success and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Education, or a related field
- At least 5 years of management experience
- At least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, financial services sector, or other sales-driven organizations
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
