Manager for Agency Management in Recoveries West responsible for overseeing all collections processes for the allocated portfolio, including timely allocation of portfolios to vendors/NFTEs, conducting ongoing reviews to drive performance against targets, formulating short-term incentive plans for NFTEs to increase productivity and DRR, ensuring adherence to hardship tools and settlement waivers, conducting field visits and documenting activities in Collect24, raising red flags for portfolio health or fraud, ensuring guidelines in SVCL and data security, and handling onboarding/offboarding/renewal of vendors with proper formalities, ensuring timely vendor invoices, monitoring NFTE CAPE, and achieving defined measures of success such as portfolio coverage, resolution rate, normalization/rollback rate, settlement waiver rate, absolute recovery, and DRA certifications.
