Manager, Aeromedical Operations - Aeromedical - District-FR

Oversee daily business management of the Trauma Hawk aeromedical program, including Operations Control Center performance, supervision, competencies, hiring, and evaluations. Lead negotiation, development, renewal, and execution of contracts, service agreements, and vendor partnerships while ensuring compliance with FAA, CMS, AHCA, and organizational policies. Coordinate RFPs, competitive procurements, and vendor selection processes in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Procurement. Develop operational policies, procedures, and performance standards; assist in budget development, forecasting, and resource management. Lead operational planning for emergency preparedness, disaster response, and special events while identifying opportunities for process improvement and service expansion. Serve as liaison between clinical, aviation, and administrative stakeholders to support a culture of safety and accountability.
