Job Summary
Manager Advisory Services leads and manages significant workstreams within healthcare-advisory engagements, delivering data-driven performance improvements for health systems. Responsible for directing billable work, shaping the engagement scope, guiding data analyses, crafting recommendations and client-ready deliverables, mentoring staff, managing project budgets and risks, and contributing to practice development. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, presenting findings and solutions to diverse audiences, and collaborating across teams to drive implementation and value realization. Possession of a Master’s Degree (and RN or other clinical license) with 5+ years of applicable experience is expected, along with ability to travel up to 80% within the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- 5+ years experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent professional license in clinical area of expertise (RN license or other)
- PMP/Lean Certification (preferred)
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations or Strategic Consulting
- Ability to mentor others and lead cross-functional teams
- Proven capabilities in data analysis, presentation development, and client communications
- Experience leading project management activities and ensuring project profitability
- Ability to travel 61-80% within the US
