Job Summary
Manage multiple consulting projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Serve as the key point of contact, providing direction, advice, and intellectual leadership while leading project teams through the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables. Leverage business acumen to identify strategic alternatives, develop intellectual property for future engagements, and ensure client satisfaction through post-project follow-up. Lead internal work streams on recruitment, training, and team development, while sharing subject matter expertise to elevate capabilities. This role supports strategic engagements in corporate, portfolio, and product strategy, as well as planning suite software solutions. The position requires 2+ years of project management experience in strategic life sciences consulting and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates must reside in the United States, work hybrid in New York or San Francisco 2-3 days per week, and demonstrate fluency in English.
Required Qualifications

- Please note: This hybrid position will be responsible for working in either our New York or San Francisco office 2-3 days per week.
- Extensive experience in consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression.
- Knowledge of key issues and current market developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
- 2+ years of project management experience focused on strategic life sciences consulting projects.
- Experience leading presentations, meetings, and workshops.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale and/or multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality outcomes.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in developing relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Demonstrable leadership and people development experience.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- A willingness and ability to travel.
- Right to live and work in the recruiting country.
