Job Summary
Manager in AECOM Advisory leading client engagements across multiple infrastructure and advisory workstreams. Responsibilities include architecting and leading engagements, building client relationships, guiding delivery teams of 5-8 consultants, tailoring analytical frameworks, conducting stakeholder interviews, performing business modeling (DCF, CBA, NPV, IRR, CAGR), and creating executive-ready decks. Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and numerical skills with experience in data visualization, geospatial analysis (ArcGIS), and programming (Python). Involvement in business development through proposal responses and market positioning. Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience required. Hybrid work arrangements in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and Chicago. Desired skills include data science techniques, GIS proficiency, financial modeling, and proficiency with Excel; sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with ArcGIS, Python, Excel
- Ability to synthesize inputs into executive-ready materials
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff
