Job Summary
Manager, Advisors & Consulting Services – Strategy & Transformation role within Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services. Lead and manage deliverables and workstreams on diverse projects across industries, leveraging data and technology to unlock client value. Develop strategies and programs for large clients, manage client relationships, and mentor junior consultants. Prepare and deliver client presentations, structure and organize work, and drive project management. Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Requires an undergraduate degree, client-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and multilingual ability; MBA/master’s degree preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Polish and preferably another European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Serbo-Croatian, Ukrainian, Russian)
