Manager, Advertising, Partnerships & Internal Communications - Pan-APAC

Job Summary
Craft press narratives and leverage regional storytelling opportunities to shape perceptions across APAC around the ads business and capabilities. Serve as the regional touchpoint for advertising communications, working with local teams to translate business strategy into communications plans and draft announcements. Partner with APAC Ads leaders and cross-functional functions to support the Export Ads business, developing narratives for Mainland China and other markets. Nurture business media relationships by executing targeted pitching strategies and acting as the connective tissue with global advertising comms. Lead internal communications across the region, helping employees understand global priorities through creative programs and events. Raise team capability by applying AI-driven approaches to reputation monitoring and workflow efficiency. Based in Singapore, this role requires 10+ years of experience in advertising and corporate communications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or corporate communications
- Clear and concise communication style
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfort translating technical or product-driven concepts into clear external narratives
- Experience handling a high volume of complex projects and tasks
- A curious and ambitious self-starter
- Have a point of view
- Ability to offer a unique perspective and voice
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Proven track record of new media and social-first storytelling
- Established working media relationships at trade, entertainment, consumer, and business outlets
- A keen interest in non-traditional and emerging media channels
