Job Summary

Manage and own end-to-end analytics workstreams for seller payments, collaborating with product and operations to reduce friction, elevate seller experience, and scale data-driven decision-making. Responsible for establishing and monitoring financial, operational, and payment health metrics; building dashboards and reports; developing SOPs; identifying optimization opportunities, mitigating incidents/escalations, and communicating findings to leadership. Influences data governance, data quality, and analytics strategy, and crafts strategic recommendations to improve case management and seller outcomes. Requires strong SQL/data visualization skills and experience applying advanced analytics to business challenges; does not supervise employees. Salary range reflects annual compensation and incentives; benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, leave, education assistance, and other programs. Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Information Science, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Information Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
