Job Summary
Lead quality, compliance, and performance initiatives across the University's admissions function to drive continuous improvement and strengthen governance. Work with stakeholders to enhance reporting, optimize service delivery, and ensure efficient, student-focused processes. Manage a small team while building capability and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights. This role sits at the heart of the Admissions function, utilizing advanced proficiency in reporting tools and enterprise systems to identify trends and risks. You will translate complex information into practical solutions to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or operational performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- A proven track record of driving process improvement and change
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading, coaching and developing people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into practical solutions
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, enterprise systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Australian work rights
