Job Summary
Manager – Ad Sales for SonyLIV (Digital Business) in Mumbai, responsible for achieving revenue targets in digital advertising sales for the West SME team. Build and manage a client base and agency relationships, shape long-term business plans to make SonyLIV the preferred destination, secure long-term commitments, and oversee end-to-end stakeholder relationships. Develop preferred partnerships with top digital advertisers through fact-finding on brands and marketing plans, provide customized properties/deals and digital brand solutions for critical launches, manage a revenue pipeline with advertisers and agencies, optimize inventory to maximize ROI, drive account development for long-term client relationships, formulate innovative advertising packages to expand revenue opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular performance metrics (revenue achievement, new client acquisition, SME retention, wallet share, yield, pipeline conversion, collections). Must leverage relationships, negotiate effectively, and possess strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem to drive sales targets and brand solutions aligned with client strategies.
