Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of AD administrators and support engineers to ensure high performance and operational efficiency. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory Services, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and CA. Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Active Directory across the organization. Act as an escalation point for AD issues and conduct root cause analysis with preventive measures. Part of the AD operations team with on-call duties. Ensure security and compliance with IAM practices, audit policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance, collaborate with infrastructure and security to optimize configurations, and manage vendor relationships and budget to meet project goals.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in managerial position with regional coverage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) including Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO
- Experience with cloud-based directory services environments is a plus
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent desirable
