Job Summary
Lead the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of programmatic and digital campaigns, including YouTube activation, while overseeing media buys and collaborating with external vendors. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs and client objectives are met, maintaining exceptional attention to detail for accurate tracking and budget pacing. Serve as a point of contact for key external partners, coordinate reporting, and proactively resolve campaign execution issues. Partner with planning and account teams to support multiple lines of business across the Google portfolio, driving activation success for a variety of brands. Manage a team of 1-2 direct reports. This role sits within Media Futures Group, a dedicated division serving Google, where the team leverages mastery of each channel to deliver innovative recommendations and maximize in-channel performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience activating programmatic and paid social campaigns
- Strong working familiarity with Google Ads and DV360
- Experience or understanding of Paid Social
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign setup, numbers, and tracking
- Strong understanding of optimization levers, testing approaches across media buying platforms
- Oversee a team of 1-2 direct reports
