Manager, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance (White Memorial)

Direct day-to-day regulatory readiness activities including internal audits, mock surveys, tracer programs, and regulatory education across clinical and operational departments. Lead site/network accreditation, regulatory compliance, and licensing operations to ensure continuous readiness with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission, and state requirements. Manage corrective action planning, staff training, and policy implementation at facility levels while overseeing surveys and compliance with various governmental agencies. Conduct annual State regulatory compliance assessments, develop action plans for citations, and compile reports to demonstrate adherence to standards. Manage a team of professionals safeguarding facility licensing status and assure compliance with healthcare regulations through periodic internal reviews and risk management strategies. Prepare and submit reports following unusual occurrences and adverse event reviews, implementing immediate corrective actions to safeguard patient safety.
