Direct day-to-day regulatory readiness activities including internal audits, mock surveys, tracer programs, and regulatory education across clinical and operational departments. Lead site and network accreditation, licensing operations, and corrective action planning while managing surveys with governmental agencies like the Joint Commission and CMS. Conduct annual state regulatory compliance assessments, develop action plans for citations, and compile reports to demonstrate adherence to federal, state, and Joint Commission standards. Manage a team of professionals to safeguard facility licensing status and implement risk management strategies for identified compliance issues. Prepare and submit reports on unusual occurrences and adverse events, ensuring immediate corrective actions are implemented to safeguard patient safety.
