Manager, Accounts Payable & Receivable (CORP)

Lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions across Modern Aviation's network of locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Oversee the full accounts payable process, ensuring vendor invoices are accurately entered and approved, while managing vendor payment cycles and resolving discrepancies. Manage accounts receivable activities, including monitoring customer account balances, coordinating collections, and reconciling records. Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures related to AP and AR operations. Partner with the Compliance Manager and Lead Accountant to ensure accounting accuracy and support internal and external audit activities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; CPA preferred. Minimum five years of experience managing direct reports in an AP, AR, or accounting environment required. Experience overseeing AP and AR processes in a multi-location organization required. Experience with accounting software required; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel approximately three times per year and work evenings, weekends, or additional hours as needed.
