Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across India, the UK, and the US, including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor payments, and month-end close. Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax requirements such as GST, TDS, UK VAT, and US sales/use tax while resolving supplier escalations. Drive process standardization and automation using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and monitor AP KPIs through advanced analytics. Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and business stakeholders to optimize cash flow and operational excellence. Lead team development and support statutory reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Accounts Payable experience in a multinational or shared services environment
- Track record of leading AP processes or teams
- Strong knowledge of AP operations across India, the UK, and the US
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, UK VAT, and US sales/use tax compliance
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with AP transformation, automation, and AI-powered finance tools
- Experience with Generative AI (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT)
