Job Summary
Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and close activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transaction handling. Supervise and coach AP team members, coordinate work allocation, and support onboarding while resolving complex vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements, support internal controls and audit requirements, and drive automation initiatives within the AP function. This remote role offers competitive compensation and a stipend for remote work expenses within a global data center environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive accounts payable or finance operations experience
- Experience supervising or leading AP teams
- Proven experience managing invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor reconciliations
- Exposure to internal controls, SOX environments, and audit support
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls
- Experience managing AP teams and operational workflows
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
- Effective communicator with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset
- Travel may be required
- Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection

Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, CMA) is preferred
- Experience in a shared services or multi-entity environment preferred
