Manager, Accounts Payable

Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice receipt, validation, coding, approval, and payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Lead AP team, prepare weekly AP aging reports and monthly analyses, and collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and Operations to optimize cash flow. Drive process improvements, enforce SOX/internal controls, manage corporate card programs, and support month-end/year-end close, audits, and vendor relationships. Leverage Concur for reimbursements and develop Travel & Expense policies; mentor staff and drive accountability and continuous improvement across the AP function. Strong emphasis on ERP proficiency, Excel expertise, and effective stakeholder management to sustain accurate financial operations and compliant processes.
