Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, month-end closures, and ensuring audit-ready documentation across sales, purchases, and expenses. Oversee billing, receivables, and vendor payments by verifying invoices, reconciling open items, and maintaining strict control over the purchase cycle from PO to reconciliation. Coordinate statutory filings for GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI while driving inventory accuracy and closing stock discrepancies. Own Zoho Books and Inventory systems, troubleshooting issues and improving workflows to reduce manual dependency. Prepare payment proposals, maintain bank reconciliations, and support cash flow planning. Close audit observations and maintain organized financial documentation.
