Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients as a trusted business adviser, developing long-term relationships and providing proactive financial and strategic guidance to support growth objectives. Use analytical procedures and benchmarking techniques to assess business viability, while leading client meetings to present clear, commercially focused financial information. Review and sign off accounts prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy before submission to senior leadership. Mentor and develop team members through coaching and technical guidance, while managing financial performance metrics including billing, recoveries, and debt. Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver holistic solutions and support new business generation through networking and prospect meetings. Advise clients on cloud accounting systems to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- full CPD record appropriate to requirement for your qualification
- proven track record in supervising a designated client portfolio
- excellent knowledge of the main accounting systems in the marketplace (eg Xero, Sage, Quickbooks etc)
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to develop and maintain effective, trusted relationships with clients
- strong leadership qualities which enable you to mentor, train and develop the team
- organizational skills
- delegation skills
- clear guidance of processes, practices and systems / softwares
