Manager Accounting & Reporting Advisory

Job Summary
As a Manager in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team, you will lead projects related to technical accounting and capital markets transactions, such as IPOs and M&A. Your responsibilities include coaching junior teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality financial reporting solutions. You will need to demonstrate expertise in applying IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and US GAAP. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Required Qualifications
- At least six years of working experience in accounting and financial reporting areas
- Demonstrated abilities in identifying and addressing client needs
- Extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members
- Dutch RA or foreign equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge and interests in financial instruments is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a plus
