Job Summary
Own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations day to day while helping build the procurement function, including vendor management and spend controls. Partner cross-functionally with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes as the company grows, and use AI tools to automate and improve how the team works. Support billing operations, collaborate with the Finance team on month-end close, audits, and reporting, and bring order to a fast-moving finance function. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with 4–6 years in finance operations who wants to leverage AI to drive efficiency at a unicorn e-commerce platform backed by top-tier venture capital.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in finance operations, accounting, or a related field
- accounting background
- Hands-on experience with AP, expense management, and travel programs
- Experience with or exposure to procurement and vendor management tools and process
- Comfortable building processes and finding creative solutions to problems
- Genuine fluency with AI tools
- Based in NYC or the Bay Area
