Job Summary
Manager - Accounting role leading month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet integrity within Enercare’s Corporate Finance. Own end-to-end reconciliations, drive standardized SAP and Service Titan workflows, strengthen internal controls, and reduce manual processes. Manage and develop a small team (1–2 direct reports) with hands-on coaching in technical accounting and reconciliations; partner with IT, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to investigate variances and provide actionable management insights. Requires CPA designation and 4–7 years of relevant experience; Big 4 experience strongly preferred. Location: Markham, ON; in-person; salary range CA$98,248–CA$144,425.
