Job Summary

Lead the Global Invoice to Pay team in Whitefield, Bangalore, managing a unit of individual contributors focused on standardizing, optimizing, and digitalizing invoice-to-pay processes. Execute accurate recording, analysis, and communication of business information for Caterpillar facilities while providing technical guidance on complex procurement, logistics, and financial system issues. Review freight contracts, validate invoices against service provider agreements, and drive continuous process improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance. Manage team expectations, evaluate staff performance, and foster a collaborative environment aligned with corporate strategic goals. Requires a 5-a-day onsite schedule in the US shift; no visa sponsorship available.
