Job Summary
Manage accounting processes, tax filings, and transfer pricing documentation for the company and its branches in Austria, Poland, and Portugal. Lead the accounting team while independently executing SAP S/4 HANA postings and optimizing internal control systems. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, support budgeting and forecasting, and analyze financial KPIs for management reporting. Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance. This role supports corporate finance strategy implementation within a leading global blood plasma provider.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance
- 6–8 years of professional experience in monthly financial closing processes
- experience in a leadership role within the finance department of an SME operating internationally
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in SAP FI and MS Office
- Analytical mindset, methodical approach, and strong numerical aptitude
- Leadership experience
- Responsible, reliable, and loyal, with strong communication, team building, and collaborative skills
- Strong 'hands-on' mentality and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Desired Qualifications
