Job Summary
Manager, Accounting Advisory Services with KPMG Advisory. Provide accounting advisory support including implementation of new accounting standards, SEC regulatory filings for spin-offs/carve-outs/IPO and other acquisition filings, and conversion services to U.S. GAAP or IFRS. Deliver transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, complex financing, and fresh-start accounting after bankruptcy. Lead staff, manage engagement metrics, and present accounting findings. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in financial audit or reporting; CPA or CPA equivalent preferred; willingness to travel; U.S. work authorization. Located in Philadelphia, PA, with in-person work expectation; no visa sponsorship offered.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in financial audit with a public accounting or advisory firm or minimum five years of recent financial reporting and consolidations experience with a Fortune 500 organization
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field is required; licensed CPA or CPA equivalent preferred; eligibility required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
