Manager Accountancy

Lead and grow the Accountancy team in Leiden by mentoring assistants and junior managers, coordinating tasks, and reviewing dossiers with a focus on quality and development. Manage complex consolidation assignments and serve as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs while building structures, client relationships, and culture within the new branch. Coordinate activities across other branches to support team and client portfolio growth. Requires an HBO or WO degree in Accountancy or Finance and Control, eight to ten years of relevant experience, and knowledge of legislation and taxation. Full-time position with a mobile phone, lease car or mobility allowance, and travel expense reimbursement.
