Job Summary
Manage complex accountancy dossiers and serve as the primary point of contact for clients with challenging questions. Steer collaboration across disciplines, guide the accountancy team at the branch, and maintain oversight of ongoing tasks while acting as a business partner. Drive development of the branch based on market signals and ensure service delivery aligns with client needs. Requires HbO work and thinking level in accountancy, minimum 8 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm, and experience managing or supporting colleagues. Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau in de accountancy
- Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor
- Je bent nu Zelfstandig Assistent Accountant die klaar is voor de volgende stap
- Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden
- Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's
