Job Summary
Manager, Account Management role leading a quota-carrying expansion-focused team responsible for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth within an existing customer base. Drive NRR targets, expansion pipeline, and closed revenue; implement a repeatable expansion motion across SMB and Mid-Market segments; coach on commercial conversations, value articulation, and closing techniques; establish account planning and territory strategies; collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to unlock expansion opportunities within customers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a quota-carrying Account Management or expansion sales team in SaaS
- Strong track record of delivering against Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion revenue targets
- Hands-on leadership style with focus on coaching, deal strategy, and performance management
- Experience building pipeline rigor, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to operate across SMB and Mid-Market segments with a data-driven approach
- Familiarity with operational, trades-based customers is a plus
