Job Summary
Lead day-to-day program workstreams across the issuer and Mastercard for Mastercard's debit portfolio; act as the primary operational point of contact, ensuring requests, deliverables, and commitments are defined, tracked, and executed while partnering with product teams on strategy and go-to-market plans. Leverage data analytics to assess customer performance and identify incremental revenue opportunities; design and deliver tailored solutions to drive revenue, profitability, and value; collaborate to establish annual business plans and quarterly reviews; engage senior stakeholders in strategic discussions about trends and opportunities; prepare for partner discussions with agendas and executive readouts; work with Product, Services, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical Account Managers to ensure holistic account support. The role emphasizes customer-facing relationship and project management, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced payments environment. The position requires travel up to 25% and is based in the US or Canada with explicit accommodations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with sales, account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
