Manager Aboriginal Outcomes Enablement

Lead project governance and delivery across the Aboriginal Outcomes portfolio, providing hands-on coaching and tools for planning, reporting, change, risk and performance. Oversee status updates, resourcing forecasts, and intake/triage processes; maintain PM structures and finance workflows; embed project management systems and create a central library of approved responses and templates. Coordinate with Directors, Ministers, Peak bodies and partner agencies to ensure high-quality, culturally informed outcomes for Aboriginal communities. This is an ongoing full-time role based in Wollongong, NSW, with hybrid work options (in-person attendance on certain days) and regular statewide travel in NSW. Requires Aboriginal person status and tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience; role emphasizes governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery capability across complex environments.
