Job Summary
Manage high-energy full service and fast casual restaurants by leading kitchen and bar operations with higher staff counts to ensure preparedness and eliminate mismanagement. Execute daily leadership through development, teamwork, and camaraderie while overseeing menus featuring fresh, in-house prepared ingredients and cocktails. Operate within a five-day work week structure with a starting salary of $50K, supported by paid vacation, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401K. Desired Qualifications
- One or More Years of Experience Preferred – Full Service, Fast Casual or similar
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience
- Step up from Fast Food, Fast Casual
