Job Summary
Manage high-energy full service and fast casual restaurant operations with a focus on leadership, development, and teamwork. Oversee kitchens and bars that prepare food and cocktails from scratch using fresh, in-house ingredients. Support staff counts to ensure help is always available during busy dining rooms and vibrant bar scenes. Starting salary is $50,000 with a five-day work week. Desired Qualifications
- One or More Years of Experience Preferred – Full Service, Fast Casual or similar
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience
- Step up from Fast Food, Fast Casual
- Remove yourself from a situation where operating understaffed, being underprepared and mismanagement are the daily norm
