Job Summary
Manage high-energy full-service and fast-casual restaurants featuring expansive menus prepared from scratch with in-house ingredients. Lead kitchen and bar operations with higher staff counts to ensure readiness during busy dining periods and vibrant bar scenes. Execute leadership through development and teamwork while promoting from within to drive advancement. Starting salary is 50K with a five-day work week, plus paid vacation, bonus program, and comprehensive health benefits. Desired Qualifications
- One or More Years of Experience Preferred – Full Service, Fast Casual or similar
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience
- Step up from Fast Food, Fast Casual
- Remove yourself from a situation where operating understaffed, being underprepared and mismanagement are the daily norm
