Job Summary
Manage 54th Street restaurants by overseeing full-service and fast-casal operations with high staff counts to ensure readiness during busy dining and bar scenes. Lead development, teamwork, and leadership to maintain excellence in kitchens and bars that prepare food and cocktails from scratch using in-house ingredients. Desired Qualifications
- One or More Years of Experience Preferred – Full Service, Fast Casual or similar
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience
- Step up from Fast Food, Fast Casual
