Job Summary
Manage full-service and fast-casual restaurant operations with a focus on high staff counts, development, and leadership to ensure excellence in busy kitchens and bars. Execute daily tasks involving serving, cooking, and bartending using high-quality, fresh ingredients prepared in-house. Desired Qualifications
- One or More Years of Experience Preferred – Full Service, Fast Casual or similar
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience
- Step up from Fast Food, Fast Casual
- Remove yourself from a situation where operating understaffed, being underprepared and mismanagement are the daily norm
