Job Summary
Oversee all in-store operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, merchandising, food cost tracking, equipment maintenance, cash handling, and brand compliance. Lead by example in executing company directives to grow the loyalty base and ensure the team follows suit. Maintain exceptional store order while coaching and task-managing employees on daily duties. Foster a high-energy, problem-solving workplace culture that supports team member growth. Manage fast-paced, high-stress situations and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work a 40+ hour week, including extra hours during emergencies, and perform duties as an assistant manager or line employee as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a 40+ hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of assistant manager, line employee positions, as needed
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Understand that in times of emergency extra hours and efforts will be required
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations
