Job Summary
Design and implement training strategies for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and OT technicians, by drafting proposals, developing course content, and establishing evaluation criteria. Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and oversee daily operational activities for existing and newly developed courses while managing stakeholder relationships with government officials. Formulate procurement plans, establish vendor relationships for equipment and simulators, and maintain inventory systems for training assets. Ensure seamless logistical preparations for onsite and virtual sessions, monitor operational processes, and prepare comprehensive post-training reports using a Management Information System.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of training methodologies for healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficient in operations management, data analysis, and report documentation
- Self-starter with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent team player with experience in team coordination and collaboration
- Medical/Nursing graduate or postgraduate
- 80% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS or any other certification in simulation-based training
