Job Summary
Management Trainee supports Sales, Merchandising, and Operations while working with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills, with the goal of becoming Store Manager. Responsibilities include guest service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, onboarding and coaching Teammates, participating in interviewing and training, recruiting efforts, and assisting in daily store operations and leadership duties when the Store Manager is absent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
