Job Summary
Management Training Program for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers seeking a Manager in Training to complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities include consistently delivering results for customers and teammates, greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, consulting customers on service needs, maintaining a high level of customer service, involvement in every aspect of store operation, and clear communication with teammates and technicians to meet standards. Qualities sought: high motivation with hands-on management skills, strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, effective communication, and a willingness to learn an accelerated leadership development track. Automotive experience is helpful but not required. The role requires physical capability to meet production pace and operating demands.
