Job Summary
Create results for customers, teammates, and the company by greeting guests courteously and delivering high-level service. Schedule service appointments, answer inquiries in person and by telephone, and consult clients on vehicle needs while keeping them updated on progress. Ensure company expectations are met and exceeded through involvement in every aspect of store operations. Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet standards. Step in as necessary to take on additional duties while completing all levels of training to serve customers and learn store and company aspects.

- Ability to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing, stooping, and bending
- Ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than 10 lbs of force constantly
- Ability to work at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
- Ability to step in when necessary to take on additional duties
