Job Summary
Greet customers courteously, schedule service appointments, and consult on vehicle needs while maintaining high service standards. Ensure all company expectations are met by communicating accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments. Involvement in every aspect of store operation includes taking on additional duties as necessary. Complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company.
Required Qualifications

- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing, stooping, and bending
- Ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than 10 lbs of force constantly
- Ability to work at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
- Ability to step in when necessary to take on additional duties
