Management Training Program

Management Training Program opportunity at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to grow into key leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, candidates will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company, gaining management and sales experience within an automotive maintenance environment. Responsibilities include consistently delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, advising customers on service needs, communicating with teammates and technicians to ensure timely completion, and participating in all facets of store operations. Qualifications emphasize motivation, hands-on management skills, strong customer service, effective communication and interpersonal abilities; automotive experience is helpful but not required. Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting as part of daily duties. EE0 guidelines apply and confidentiality of information is maintained.
