Job Summary
Management Trainee at Buckle: Serve in a rotational leadership pathway to develop sales, merchandising, and operational skills under Store Management. Responsibilities include driving sales and guest service, product knowledge demonstrations, visual merchandising, and using SPG guidelines; recruit, train, and develop teammates; assist with interviewing and onboarding; manage daily operations, loss prevention, and store standards; and prepare to assume Store Manager duties in the absence of leadership. Requires strong customer service, leadership potential, ability to travel within district if needed, and a bachelor’s degree or retail experience as part of the candidate profile.
