Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured Management Training Program. Operate as both an operational expert and business cultivator under direct mentoring to eventually run your own branch. Establish community relationships to grow business while adhering to a 46-hour work week, valid driver's license, and no sponsorship requirements. This role supports Enterprise Mobility's global network of rental and fleet management services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
