Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within a structured management training program. Operate a motor vehicle daily using a valid U.S. driver's license and establish community relationships to cultivate new business opportunities. Work an average of 46 hours per week with a 46-hour workweek schedule, including overtime compensation, based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will receive guidance and mentoring to eventually run your own branch and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position
- Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week
