Job Summary
Management Trainee at Watermelon Swim focused on developing future leaders in aquatic education and safety. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ to apply
- Leadership role in past 6 months or more; full-time experience is also required
- Experience engaging with children (at least 6 months)
- Minimum 6 months in customer service
- Aquatics background preferred; experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or teaching and developing others is valued
- Willing to travel to all Watermelon Swim locations
- Certifications needed: CPR/First Aid within 45 days, Lifeguarding within 90 days
